175 to 145 (Shaka)

I broke my leg almost 3 years ago. October 31st 2010 was a long time ago. I never did any real rehab but I’ve had a lot of beer and chicken wings in the last 3 years.  It added up, all the way to 175lbs.

It’s time for that to go away and I’m on a mission.

  • August 26th – 175
  • August 30th – 168
  • September 5th – 167
  • September 9th – 165
  • September 13th – 164
  • September 17th -163
  • September 23rd -161
  • October 3rd – 157

Goal is  to be 145lbs within the next 2 months. Giddy up!
